Urth Caffé's outdated digital presence failed to convey 35 years of heirloom organic heritage, direct-trade partnerships, and artisan quality. Customers couldn't find locations easily, mobile experience was poor, and the brand was invisible on Google for key local searches. Foot traffic from digital channels was negligible — they were losing ground to competitors with stronger online presence.
THE SOLUTION
WalkIn Digital designed and built a completely new editorial-grade platform using Next.js 16 with server-side rendering for lightning-fast page loads and top-tier Google visibility. We crafted a bespoke design system inspired by coffee tones — espresso, caramel, and sage — paired with three premium Google Fonts for a magazine-quality feel. Every page features scroll-driven storytelling: parallax hero sections, animated counters highlighting their 35-year legacy, and an immersive Farm-to-Cup journey that educates customers while building brand loyalty. The location finder covers all 9 cafés with hours, addresses, and one-tap directions — optimized for mobile-first customers on the move.
